Welcome to suitably cool.

While in college friends of mine would regularly hop into a car and drive until they came across something that was “cool” enough to stop for. The outing itself became know as a ‘suitably cool”. The travelers never knew where they were going to end up and didn’t know what they were looking for until they found it. They discovered it as they went.

This sense of adventure and possibility serves as the inspiration for this site. It’s finding the delight in the things that surround you, it’s being a tourist in your own city, it’s taking a little journey in your everyday life, it’s cooking without a recipe book, it’s driving without a map, it’s watching something grow that you planted with your own hands, it’s choosing to see the creativity in your day to day, it’s visiting places you have always wanted to, it’s about being interested not interesting, it’s being curious and finding adventure, even on your morning commute. It’s living fully, beautifully, simply and stylishly and having a laugh on the way.
